Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Office Manager to oversee the financial operations of our company. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the business office functions, ensuring compliance with accounting and recording systems, and providing exceptional customer service to residents, families, and coworkers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the business office functions, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Oversee the accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
  • Provide analysis and management reports to support business decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with community procedures and methods, and maintain accurate records.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related field, such as accounting, finance, or management.
  • 2+ years of experience in administrative or financial management, preferably in a healthcare or senior living setting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work with diverse populations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
