Culinary Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at TBK Bank Sports and Entertainment Complex. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes to the highest standards.

• Prepare and cook a range of dishes, including appetizers, entrees, and desserts
• Follow recipes and ensure that all dishes meet our high standards
• Monitor food stock levels and place orders when necessary
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to health and safety regulations
• Collaborate with the rest of the kitchen staff to ensure timely completion of orders

• Proven experience as a cook in a casual dining restaurant
• Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, and procedures
• Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• High school diploma or equivalent; culinary degree or certification is a plus
