The Protocol Scheduling Specialist Training and Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst plays a vital role in delivering high-quality training to staff, while also ensuring the accuracy and effectiveness of our training programs. This position requires a strong understanding of academic medical institutions, clinical operations, and training requirements for employees at various levels.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with business managers to assess training needs and develop tailored approaches.
- Update training materials using a standardized approach and department-specific needs.
- Deliver training courses, review feedback, and make improvements to ensure optimal results.
- Perform quality monitoring of telephone calls and provide real-time coaching and feedback to staff.
- Participate in onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring necessary access to systems and shared drives.
- Compile and analyze data to support quality assessments and identify opportunities for additional training.
- Update policy and process documentation and training as needed.
- Associate's degree in Healthcare Administration, Education, Human Resources/Organizational Development, or a related field.
- 1 year of relevant experience required.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to multi-task and problem-solve.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and electronic medical records systems, such as Epic, is a plus.
