About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Social Impact Fellow. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting our philanthropy and partnerships efforts, as well as contributing to the development of our programs and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and Analysis: Conduct in-depth research on various social impact topics, including campaigns, policy, and philanthropy, to inform our program development and strategic partnerships.
  • Program Development: Assist in the design and implementation of our programs and initiatives, including developing project plans, managing work streams, and coordinating with stakeholders.
  • Communications and Partnerships: Support the development of internal and external communications, including writing and editing reports, briefs, and other materials, as well as building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
  • Scalable Tools and Templates: Develop and maintain scalable tools and templates to support our clients and community leaders in their social impact efforts.
  • Emerging Trends and Issues: Stay up-to-date on emerging trends and issues in the social impact, CSR, and ESG sectors, and provide insights and recommendations to inform our program development and strategic partnerships.
Requirements
  • Exceptional Writing and Communication Skills: Excellent writing, proofreading, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate research into clear, concise, and compelling communications.
  • Research Experience: Past experience in qualitative and quantitative research, with fluency in a range of research analysis and synthesis tools.
  • Project Management: Ability to navigate complex projects and environments, with a strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Tools: Proficiency in project management tools, including Google Suite, Salesforce, Slack, Asana, and Adobe.
