New Home Sales Representative

Homes by Avi is seeking a highly motivated and collaborative individual to join our team as a New Home Sales Consultant. With a rich history of building family homes since 1978, we have home building divisions in Austin, Texas, and Alberta, Canada.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate strong client relationships and utilize industry relationships and CRM software to achieve or exceed sales budget for designated areas.
- Execute sales initiatives that respond to market challenges and opportunities, supporting an overall brand image for the company.
- Develop and maintain strong repeat and referral business with customers.
- Ensure professional presentation of designated sales areas, managing the model home and sales center marketing to align with the company's overall brand and marketing strategies.
- Provide exemplary customer experience while being exceptionally well organized and detail-oriented.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of professional sales experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Social media savvy, with experience using various platforms to market your brand.
- Ability to manage high-priority/urgent requests and adapt to changing priorities.
- Self-motivator with strong organizational, intra-personal skills, and a great collaborator.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of residential construction and the ability to interpret blueprints.
- Experience in the new home or real estate market.
