TOTE Services LLC is seeking a highly skilled Marine Logistics Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing planned maintenance programs for our National Security Multi-Mission Vessels (NSMV). This role will involve working closely with various stakeholders to gather and verify integrated logistics support (ILS) data for all shipboard systems.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement planned maintenance programs using vendor information, technical manuals, and commercial best practices.
- Verify accuracy of shipyard-provided system details and input database information.
- Conduct onsite verification and produce logistics deliverables.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather and populate vessel system information.
- Support the execution of New Construction warranty programs for newly delivered vessels.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in shipboard logistics, shipboard data management, or relevant shipboard experience.
- Experience sailing as an engineering officer on a U.S. Flagged ocean-going merchant vessel is preferred.
- High proficiency and accuracy with data.
- ABS NS-E, NS-5 Software database entry experience or equivalent program is required.
- Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint.
Education & Licensure:
- Bachelor's Degree from a Federal or State Maritime Academy, or a combination of post-high school education and relevant sea-going experience.
