Position Summary: We are in search of a Project Manager to lead restoration projects for both residential and commercial properties affected by fire, water, mold, and other natural disasters. This role involves building and nurturing client relationships, managing project workflows, and collaborating with an assigned Construction Superintendent to ensure project completion from inception to conclusion. Candidates should possess experience in both sales and project management.


This role offers a salary range of $70,000 - $100,000 annually, with eligibility for an annual, uncapped bonus.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years in residential and commercial restoration
  • Prior experience in disaster mitigation estimating and proficiency in Xactimate
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Valid Driver's License required
  • Willingness to travel out of town preferred
  • Successful completion of background check and drug screening

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide accurate repair and restoration estimates based on project leads.
  • Facilitate communication between clients and insurance representatives.
  • Oversee construction activities in collaboration with the on-site Superintendent to ensure adherence to schedules and budgets.
  • Assess construction progress and team performance to maintain project timelines and financial targets.
  • Manage the financial components of restoration projects.
  • Identify potential legal issues and discuss them with the Branch Manager and Construction Superintendent.
  • Ensure proper project close-out procedures are followed.
  • Represent the company in project-related meetings.
  • Offer technical support and guidance to all project team members.
  • Identify new business opportunities and communicate them to Sales and Marketing.
  • Lead internal teams focused on continuous business improvement.
  • Foster growth and development of relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors.
  • Stay informed about all relevant policies and processes related to this position.
  • Proactively identify and resolve issues to mitigate risks.
