Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist with experience in estimating material quantities and labor costs associated with machining parts. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of cycle times and labor hours, as well as the ability to produce bids and quotes for new projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Estimate material quantities and labor costs for machining parts
  • Review brokered and outsourced jobs to determine profitability
  • Arrange grinding for tooling as necessary
  • Review and create drawings for production of bids
  • Setup and operate CNC machines as necessary
Requirements
  • 5+ years of CNC machining experience with both mills and lathes
  • Strong understanding of cycle times and labor needed to produce machined parts
  • Experience bidding/quoting new jobs or the ability to learn
  • Preference for working in an office versus shop floor
  • Strong computer and math skills
