Sales Representative/Account Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in your assigned territory to drive revenue growth.
- Work closely with property management and facility managers to understand their pipe lining needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets through effective sales strategies and techniques.
- Develop and implement account plans to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience in a related industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of plumbing and facilities management principles is a plus.
