Compensation and Benefits:

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide assistance to consumer cardholders by addressing incoming inquiries through various channels, including phone and email.

- Interact with clients in a courteous and professional manner while attentively listening to their concerns.

- Deliver support and solutions to customers in line with the company's customer service guidelines.

- Ensure that all customer inquiries and issues are thoroughly addressed and resolved.

- Document customer information in our customer service database.

- Adhere to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that align with operational needs.

- Share shift summaries and reports with respective Supervisors and Managers.

- Collaborate with relevant teams by providing timely reports and alerts regarding customer transaction inquiries.

- Maintain a high level of confidentiality due to the sensitive nature of the work.

Qualifications:

- High School Diploma or Equivalent.

- Relevant experience in a Call Center or as a Customer Service Representative (CSR) is preferred, with at least six (6) months of call center experience.

- Excellent verbal communication skills and a professional demeanor with a solid understanding of delivering outstanding customer service.

- Familiarity with basic computer operations.

- A positive and engaging personality.

- Comfortable with written communication and documentation.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to sit for extended periods while working at a desk and using a computer.
