Plasma Center Nurse

We are a leading provider of plasma-based therapies, and we are seeking a skilled Plasma Center Nurse to join our team. As a Medical Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our donors and patients.
Key Responsibilities- Donor Eligibility
- Determine donor eligibility accurately and in a timely manner, taking into account medical history, physical examination, and laboratory test results.
- Manage donor deferral and notify donors of unsuitable test results.
- Medical Support
- Provide medical support to donors, including the administration of first aid and the management of donor adverse events.
- Collaborate with the Center Physician and Medical Affairs team to ensure the highest level of patient care.
- Quality Assurance
- Conduct regular quality assurance checks to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Identify and report any quality issues or concerns to the Center Manager and Medical Affairs team.
- Education
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field.
- Experience
- Minimum of two years of experience in a clinical or hospital setting.
- Skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in electronic medical records.
