Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused In-Seat Runner to join our team at Legends. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.

Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and efficient service of food and beverage orders to guests.
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen and bartending teams to ensure seamless execution of orders.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to company standards and regulations.
  • Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and management to ensure a positive and respectful experience.
  • Participate in pre-shift meetings and training sessions to stay informed about menu items, promotions, and company initiatives.
  • Assist with opening and closing duties, including restocking inventory and cleaning equipment.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by management to ensure the success of our events.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a food and beverage or hospitality role is preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing exceptional guest service.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, with frequent standing, walking, and bending.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
