Program Manager of Homeless Services

PATH is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Program Manager to join our Outreach Services-TLS team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our program and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide leadership and supervision to a multidisciplinary team, ensuring continuity of care and services between PATH agency resources and partnering agencies.
- Develop and implement programmatic policies and procedures, ensuring adherence to funding source contracts and performance standards.
- Collaborate with internal and external departments to enhance accessibility and service delivery for program participants.
- Identify and provide training opportunities for staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide effective services.
- Ensure all paperwork and data collection is complete, timely, accurate, and current in agency records and electronic databases.
- Prepare written reports on program activities as assigned and as required by funding sources.
- Three (3) years of experience in healthcare, case management, homeless services, or working with vulnerable populations.
- One (1) year of supervisory experience in homeless services or related social services field strongly preferred.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
