  • Nurture long-term relationships with customers to build a loyal client base
  • Utilize consultative selling skills to assist customers in selecting the right vehicle, taking into account their needs and preferences
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, including features, options, and latest technologies
  • Deliver high-quality vehicle demonstrations and presentations
  • Follow up with customers to ensure successful referrals and repeat business
  • Overcome objections and thrive in sales situations
  • Report sales performance and progress to the Sales Manager
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction scores and provide exceptional customer service
  • Update CRM tool regularly and prospect for new business opportunities

Requirements

  • Must be 21 years old to meet minimum insurance requirements
  • Able to work Monday through Saturday with one day off during the week
  • Professional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional appearance and grooming
  • Clean driving record and valid non-suspended driver's license
  • Background check and drug screen
  • Bilingual skills a plus
