Job Summary

McGuire Memorial is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Community Care Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our residential care program, you will be responsible for ensuring the well-being and safety of individuals with physical and intellectual disabilities in our community homes.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with Chapter 6400 Regulations and all programmatic and regulatory requirements for assigned houses.
• Supervise direct care staff in a residential setting and collaborate with behavior specialists, day program professionals, school personnel, and nursing staff to meet the needs of our residents.
• Work in collaboration with the individuals' parents or guardians to ensure their care preferences are met.

Requirements

• Ability to pass a physical and drug screening.
• Department of Human Services Child Abuse History Clearance.
• Pennsylvania State Police Criminal Record Check.
• FBI Federal Criminal History Record (fingerprinting).
• TB testing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a Human Service field and 2 years of work experience with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings and evenings, and serve as the on-call professional for the community homes once every 8 to 10 weeks.
