About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Manager to join our team at Reside. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for building and managing a team of Supplier Support Services personnel to support the needs of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct management of the Supplier Support Services and Operation Support teams.
  • Train and enforce safety standards.
  • Provide feedback to team members through regular meetings and performance evaluations.
  • Participate in the hiring process for all Supplier Support Services and Operations Support personnel.
  • Maintain employee files, including payroll, benefits, and performance records.
  • Monitor and create systems for operational efficiencies.
  • Ensure all communication between the Support groups and our clients meets or exceeds all SLA agreements.
  • Respond to customer service issues and escalate as necessary.
  • Update and create standards and procedures for all job functions.
  • Attend and participate in scheduled meetings as required.
  • Collaborate with other managers to achieve business objectives.
  • Approve staff expense reports and timesheets.
  • Mentor and develop team members, including participating in the weekly lead meeting.
  • Professionally communicate status and planning information to senior management.
  • Handle customer service issues and respond to guest escalations as required.
  • Approve weekly timesheets, including approving the use of Universal Leave.
  • Provide in-depth weekly recaps to the Director of Operations Support Services.
  • Perform VIP tours and unit walks as needed.
  • Provide employee recognition across departments through the Guusto platform.
  • Participate in the management and coordination of pest eradication processes and procedures.
Requirements
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Safe driving record.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task.
  • Must possess effective communication skills.
  • Prior management experience highly preferred.
  • Prior call center customer service experience.
  • CRM platform experience.
  • Must possess good computer skills, including MS Windows, Office, and Outlook.

Work Environment

Usual office working conditions. This position will have desk space with a computer and a phone. The noise level in the work environment is typical of most office environments with telephones, personal interruptions, and background noises. The environment may change from day-to-day, depending on scheduled jobs and business needs.

Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, talk, and listen. The employee is frequently required to use their hands. The employee must have the ability to use a computer keyboard and mouse and the ability to dial, answer, and talk on a telephone. The employee is occasionally required to walk and reach with hands and arms. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision. This job requires the ability to occasionally work in stressful conditions and remain focused for extended periods of time. Ability to lift up to 30 pounds; boxes, documents and/or other items.
