Scientist Manufacturing Engineering Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Scientist to fill our Scientist Manufacturing Engineering Manager / MSAT Manager role. This position requires a strong science educational background and practical experience in technical manufacturing disciplines.
The successful candidate will possess a robust technical acumen and be responsible for supervising a team of scientists and engineers. This role will entail showcasing expertise in personnel and project management, as well as coordinating manufacturing support teams to meet goals and address obstacles.
The Bio-Rad Global Supply Chain team is responsible for promptly and accurately getting Bio-Rad products into the hands of our customers. We maintain product integrity from end to end and respond expeditiously from the moment an order is received.
As a result, customers around the globe receive the test kits, instruments, and consumable solutions they need - on time and in full to ultimately provide better healthcare and outcomes for their patients.
This role will also involve allocating resources between manufacturing support and strategic projects to meet on-time delivery metrics and continuous improvement goals. The successful candidate will be responsible for coaching team members, managers, and individuals to ensure success and advance long-term development plans.
Additionally, this role will require coordinating and collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide technical support. Direct and manage the timely execution of projects, from inception to completion.
This position is eligible for a variable annual bonus, which is dependent upon achievement of your individual objectives and Company performance.
