Senior Digital Project Manager

Are you a seasoned project manager looking to take your skills to the next level? Do you have a passion for digital transformation and a proven track record of delivering successful projects? We're seeking a Senior Digital Project Manager to join our team at North Highland, a leading change and transformation consultancy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple eCommerce digital projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and high-quality results.
  • Develop and own project schedules, working closely with business, IT, and 3rd party providers to allocate resources effectively.
  • Forecast, manage, and report on project financials on a weekly basis.
  • Communicate project progress through meeting documentation, status updates, leadership meetings, project updates, and project schedules.
  • Manage issues, risks, and changes using established processes and tools.
  • Escalate to senior stakeholders with required actions/decisions.
  • Adhere to governance expectations and guidelines, supporting client's SDLC methodology (agile and waterfall).
  • Lead, organize, and motivate project team members to achieve high performance and quality.
  • Partner with IT Resource managers to determine resource allocations for projects.
  • Manage resource forecasting and allocation to ensure accurate project planning.
  • Provide consultative support and advise on projects through various phases.
  • Bring experience and best practices to the client environment.
  • Solve problems, facilitate decision-making, and support sponsors.
Requirements:
  • eCommerce digital projects experience.
  • Contracting or consulting experience.
  • Solid Agile and Waterfall methodology experience.
  • 5-10 years project experience as a Project Manager.
  • Experience leading projects with 6 months to 1 year in project duration.
  • Experience leading a team of 5-10 people.
  • This position is remote, with a requirement to work within the client's typical business hours (8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. CST). Additional hours may be required during application pilots, deployments, and implementations.
