Inspira Health is a premier healthcare network dedicated to providing exceptional patient care. We are currently seeking a full-time Registered Nurse specializing in Intensive Care Unit (ICU) nursing. This role is based in Salem, NJ and involves night shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care utilizing the nursing process.
- Adhere to all established policies, procedures, and nursing standards of practice.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices in nursing.
Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program with a current New Jersey nursing license is mandatory. A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is required.
- Enrollment in a BSN or Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) program from an accredited institution is essential, with graduation expected by the second employment anniversary.
- Preference will be given to candidates with a BSN or MSN degree.
Experience:
- Prior experience in Medical Surgical nursing is advantageous.
- A minimum of one year of clinical experience in the specialty area is required for per diem roles, with two years preferred.
Licensure:
- Current licensure with the New Jersey State Board of Nursing is required by law.
- Completion of a Critical Care Course within six months of hire is necessary.
