Job Summary

The Systems Analyst will play a critical role in analyzing, designing, and implementing information systems that support our company's strategic objectives. This position requires a professional with strong analytical skills, technical expertise, and a thorough understanding of business processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to elicit, document, and refine detailed system requirements.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes to identify system enhancement opportunities.
  • Architect and deploy IT solutions in alignment with business objectives, ensuring compliance with technical standards and best practices.
  • Ensure system architectures are designed for scalability, performance optimization, and security.
  • Develop and implement Power BI reports and KPIs utilizing data from our data warehouse or directly from backend systems and applications.
  • Create and manage dynamic dashboards based on data from our data warehouse, ensuring compatibility across multinational network environments.
  • Work collaboratively with various departments to deliver IT solutions and provide technical training to end-users.
  • Translate business requirements into functional configurations for enterprise systems, ensuring alignment with business and user needs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
  • 4-6 years of experience in a Systems Analyst or equivalent technical role.
  • Demonstrated expertise in systems analysis, solution design, and full-cycle implementation.
  • Proven ability to optimize IT systems and spearhead continuous improvement initiatives.
Preferred Skills
  • Deep understanding of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and project management frameworks.
  • Strong proficiency in database management, SQL, and data analysis tools.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.
  • Expertise in ERP, CRM, or other enterprise software platforms (e.g., Oracle, NetSuite, SAP).
  • Advanced skills in SQL programming, database management, and Power BI reporting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with SolidWorks is advantageous.
Language Skills

Spanish and/or Mandarin language skills are desirable.
