Job Title: HCM Sales Representative

At isolved, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HCM Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for acquiring new clients within the HCM software industry, targeting organizations with significant growth potential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue potential clients, converting leads into successful sales.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with a wide range of business professionals.
  • Leverage relationships with insurance brokers and other Centers of Influence (COIs) to source and follow up on high-quality leads.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales quota objectives.
  • Present and demonstrate HCM technology solutions effectively to potential clients.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Tailor sales strategies to meet the specific needs and challenges of various industries and business roles.
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in HCM sales, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong understanding of HCM technology and SaaS sales.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to connect with various business professionals.
  • Independent thinker with the ability to drive sales initiatives.
  • Experience in managing the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
