Job Title: Department Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team to achieve business objectives and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to drive sales growth, manage inventory, and maintain store appearance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals and improve processes.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
  • Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and career growth.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college-level business/management courses preferred.
  • 1+ years of management experience or equivalent required; 2+ years preferred.
  • Must be licensed to operate a motor vehicle.
  • Proficiency in communication, organizational, and computer skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other applications as needed.
  • Demonstrates proficiency in general business practices, basic business & finance acumen, analysis, and problem-solving skills.
