Compensation Package

The estimated annual salary for this position is $45,000 - $65,000.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Recovery Coaching: Our ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the recovery process and be able to guide clients through the challenges they face.

Collaboration and Partnerships: Building relationships with community organizations and service providers is essential for ensuring seamless access to necessary resources and services.

Client Support: Providing ongoing support and guidance to help clients overcome barriers and obstacles in their recovery journey.

Education and Training: The successful candidate will have the opportunity to participate in ongoing education and training programs to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., social work, counseling, psychology).
  • 2 years of experience working in a mental health or addiction support role.
  • Personal experience with addiction and recovery (required).
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
