Human Resources Coordinator

Location: Kennewick, WA
Hours: 7:30 am - 4:30 pm, Full Time, 40 hours per week
Pay: $18-$22 per hour
The Human Resources Assistant will provide support to the Human Resources Department, responsible for:
Key Responsibilities:- Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources
- Assist with day-to-day operations of HR functions and duties
- Prepare and distribute benefit information packages and disclosures for eligible employees
- Complete benefit carrier enrollments, changes, and terminations, including COBRA administration
- ACA 1095 Data entry, tracking, and assist with annual 1095-C mailing
- Completion of written Verification of Employment forms
- 401K and benefit eligibility tracking
- Generating weekly and monthly reports from the HRIS (COINS) for various departments
- Companywide FMLA and State Paid Leave Tracking
- Submit, track, and review background checks for current employees across various divisions
- Code and submit invoices to accounting department for payment
- Audit benefit enrollments and payroll deductions using various reports from the HRIS (COINS)
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to operate general office equipment, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidential information
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Administrative assistant experience preferred
- Benefit administration experience preferred
- Previous experience using COINS highly desired
