Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general janitorial tasks, including dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and cleaning restrooms.
  • Restock paper and soap supplies as needed.
  • Conduct preventive care and maintenance on janitorial equipment.
  • Identify and report any safety hazards or concerns to the Janitor Lead.
  • Maintain accountability and serviceability of assigned tools and equipment.

Work Environment:

The Federal Janitorial Assistant will work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interactions with peers, subordinates, and supervisors. The position requires the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • No experience required.
  • Must be over 21 years of age.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license.
  • Must be able to obtain a Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card.
  • Must pass and maintain a Background Investigation/Background Check.
