Empower Pharmacy is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vice President of Marketing and Commercial Operations to lead our marketing efforts and drive business growth. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that meet our financial goals and expand our market reach.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and execution of strategic marketing plans to drive revenue growth across all product lines and market segments.
  • Implement cutting-edge market and competitive intelligence practices to stay ahead of industry trends and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
  • Oversee the strategic account planning process, focusing on expansion within existing accounts and acquiring new strategic accounts through targeted marketing efforts.
  • Manage the overall marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources across campaigns and initiatives to maximize ROI and meet financial objectives.
  • Direct the organization's participation in key industry events, overseeing the creation of impactful presentations and materials that enhance brand recognition and market reach.
  • Collaborate with the sales, product development, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless alignment of marketing strategies with business goals and enhance the customer journey from awareness to conversion.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred. Master's degree.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in strategic marketing roles.
  • Minimum 5 years in a leadership position in a commercial marketing setting.
