Position Summary

You will serve as a key point of contact for members and guests, providing personalized service and support. Your expertise will include account maintenance, service delivery, programming insight, and member/guest engagement. With opportunities for self-directed progression and professional growth, you will create a customized succession plan to achieve your career goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for members and guests, providing a warm and welcoming experience
  • Develop and maintain relationships with members and guests, creating memorable experiences through exceptional service
  • Manage incoming phone calls and respond to member inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Stay up-to-date on club programming, events, pricing, and policies to provide accurate information to members and guests
  • Assist members with account maintenance, processing transactions, and resolving issues
  • Collaborate with the team to drive new member acquisition and retention efforts
  • Utilize problem-solving skills and resources to resolve member concerns and issues

Requirements

  • High School graduate or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
  • Passion for delivering exceptional service and building relationships
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality or a related field
