Job Overview

Geekplus America Inc is seeking a highly skilled EHS Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our employees, customers, and the environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the HQ EHS department to develop and implement effective EHS strategies and protocols.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards and risks.
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive EHS training programs to ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.
  • Manage safety incidents and investigate root causes to prevent future occurrences.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in EHS, risk assessment, and worker safety, preferably in the AMR industry.
  • Strong understanding of local EHS regulations and certifications such as CSP, Registered Safety Officer, or IATA – CBTA.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey technical information to executives, customers, and external agencies.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bilingual in Chinese and English, proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing.
