Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in various physical tasks and apply analytical reasoning in the production of plastic resin and pellet products.
- Operate and monitor computer-controlled systems while overseeing production processes, ensuring accuracy in instrument readings.
- Conduct analytical testing and utilize laboratory instruments to assess temperature, pressure, volume, and weight.
- Perform routine tasks such as lifting materials, connecting line/tank hook-ups, maintaining cleanliness in the work area, collecting samples, and operating forklifts.
- Adhere to established work processes, communicate effectively with team members, and complete necessary training certifications.
- High School Diploma or equivalent educational qualification.
- A minimum of six months of relevant work experience, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the role.
- Strong commitment to safety and environmental standards.

- Effective communication skills with team members and other stakeholders.

Ability to lift and carry up to 55 lbs, bend, stoop, twist, crouch, kneel, climb, and maintain balance while using various tools and equipment.
Work Availability:
Consistent attendance is crucial for this role. Candidates must be prepared to work a rotating shift schedule, including nights and weekends, as determined by operational needs.
