Job Summary

The Banking Center Manager is a key leadership position responsible for driving business growth and ensuring the smooth operation of our retail banking centers. As a Business Development and Operations Lead, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers, developing and implementing business strategies, and overseeing the day-to-day operations of our banking centers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of our banking centers, including managing staff and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to inform business decisions
Requirements
  • High school graduate or equivalent with post-secondary education or demonstrated equivalent in work experience
  • Minimum of 5 years supervisory experience in retail banking or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of computer systems and changing technology
  • Ability to create processes and procedures and lead a project
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
