Job Overview

D.H. Pace Company, Inc. is seeking a Project Coordinator to support our expanding operations. In this capacity, you will be responsible for ensuring that project goals are achieved within the designated timeframe and budget by effectively planning, directing, and coordinating various activities. Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze project documentation and specifications to ascertain materials, timelines, budget constraints, staffing needs, and allocation of resources for different project phases.
  • Collaborate with team members to outline work plans; delegate responsibilities, define authority levels, and offer technical guidance as necessary.
  • Oversee and synchronize project activities to guarantee adherence to schedules and budgetary limits; evaluate status reports from team members and implement adjustments as required.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Three (3) years of experience in project management within the construction sector is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential.
