As a Restaurant Operations Supervisor at Taco Bell, you will be working with a franchisee, which means that the franchisee will be your sole employer. Franchisees are independent operators who establish their own compensation and benefits structures, which may differ from one franchisee to another.

Your role will involve supporting the Restaurant General Manager (RGM) by overseeing effective work shifts and fulfilling administrative responsibilities.

In the absence of the RGM, you will provide the necessary leadership to ensure that the restaurant consistently meets Taco Bell's operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that Team Members, Team Member Trainers, and Shift Leads complete all assigned tasks and deliver safe, high-quality food in a welcoming environment.
  • Assist the RGM with maintaining the facility, recruiting, hiring, and developing exceptional Team Members and Shift Leads, while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Essential Assistant Manager Qualities:
  • Address customer concerns promptly and courteously.
  • Provide constructive feedback to restaurant team members in a supportive manner.
  • Adhere to cash handling, security, inventory, and labor policies and procedures.
  • Analyze reports and respond effectively to resolve issues.
