Our state-supported living centers provide direct services and supports across 13 campuses statewide.
Job SummaryThis position offers a competitive salary of $$60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. As a Direct Care RN, you will be responsible for:
- Evaluating and addressing individual healthcare needs
- Developing and implementing personalized care plans
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions
- Maintaining accurate medical records and reports
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A registered nursing degree and current licensure in Texas
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of nursing principles, practices, and procedures
