Job Summary:

As a Program Therapist - Outpatient Services, you will be responsible for carrying a caseload of 20 PHP/IOP patients. You will run group therapy for 20 hours per week and meet individually with clients on your caseload. Individual meetings will take place for various reasons, including treatment planning, aftercare planning, and crisis intervention. This is a full-time salaried position, Monday - Friday.

Our team of board-certified psychiatrists, internal medicine and family physicians, licensed therapists, and dedicated nursing staff provide individualized, continuum of care treatment in a stigma-free environment for adults aged 18 and over.

Qualifications:

A Master's Degree from an accredited college or university in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or equivalent is required. Preferred: 1+ years in behavioral health. Experience in group therapy, crisis intervention, and treatment planning. Clinical licensure (i.e. LPC, LCSW, LMFT) is not required, but a Master's Degree (as described above) is. CPR certification, Handle With Care and Verbal De-Escalation training within 30 days of employment prior to assisting in a restraining procedure. Must be able to pass a competency exam for the area upon hire. May be required to work flexible hours and overtime.
