    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of tooling into production operations.">
    • Apply lean manufacturing principles to optimize tooling efficiency and reduce waste.">

  • Tool Maintenance and Repair:">
    • ">
    • Maintain and repair precision tools and dies to ensure optimal performance and extend tool life.">
    • Analyze and troubleshoot tooling issues to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.">
    • Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime and maximize tool availability.">

  • Quality Assurance:">
    • ">
    • Conduct quality audits and inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.">
    • Collaborate with quality control teams to resolve quality-related issues and implement process improvements.">
    • Develop and maintain documentation and records related to tooling design, development, and maintenance.">

    • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineers, production, and quality control.">

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.">
  • 5-7 years of experience in precision tooling engineering, preferably in a high-volume stamping environment.">
  • Proven track record of designing, developing, and maintaining precision tools and dies.">
  • Strong knowledge of CAD software, including SolidWorks and Autodesk Inventor.">
  • Experience with lean manufacturing principles and methodologies.">
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.">
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and prioritize tasks effectively.">
  • A strong understanding of industry standards and regulations, including ISO 9001 and OSHA.">
