About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and supportive Clinical Support Specialist to join our team on weekends. As a Clinical Support Specialist, you will provide a welcoming presence for clients, work with them to ensure they are aware of program expectations, and offer encouragement to those who need it.

You will also assist with documentation processes, orient clients to the facility, and perform assigned housekeeping and maintenance duties. Additionally, you will assist with planning and supervision of Fun Friday events and provide support to Primary Counselors and Intake Coordinator as needed.

This is a great opportunity to work with a dynamic team and make a positive impact in the lives of our clients.

About You

We are looking for a strong team player who enjoys helping others. You should be positive, upbeat, and have professional written and verbal communication skills. You should also have an understanding of substance use disorders and general recovery principles.
