About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Legal Counsel to join our team at Solaris Enterprises. As a key member of our financing and asset management department, you will play a critical role in providing comprehensive legal support for our real estate financing products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide legal expertise to support the development, introduction, and optimization of real estate financing products for private and commercial customers.
  • Collaborate with our experienced colleagues from the legal department and other departments to ensure seamless execution of projects.
  • Review and manage processes and contracts in the specific operational area of the department, as well as accompany challenging structural projects.
  • Manage out-of-court and court disputes, as well as complaint and supervisory procedures.
  • Support the admission as a syndicate lawyer (m/f/d) and provide guidance on relevant professional experience.
Requirements
  • Relevant professional experience in a commercial law firm or the financial industry, ideally with a focus on construction.
  • Strong understanding of financial products and real estate financing.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
