Job Title: Senior Legal Counsel

Solaris Enterprises is seeking a highly skilled Senior Legal Counsel to join our team. As a key member of our financing and asset management department, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive legal support for credit and financing products in real estate financing.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Accompany the development, introduction, and optimization of real estate financing products for private and commercial customers
  • Provide legal supervision and accompany legal developments and constellations of legal risk management in the corresponding product area
  • Work collaboratively in a team with other experienced colleagues from the legal department and other departments of the group companies
  • Review processes and contracts in the specific operational area of the department and accompany challenging structural projects of TARGOBANK and Crédit Mutuelle Alliance Fédérale in Germany and in cross-border constellations
  • Manage out-of-court and court disputes, as well as complaint and supervisory procedures
Requirements:
  • Relevant professional experience in a commercial law firm or the financial industry, ideally with a focus on construction
  • Strong knowledge of real estate financing and legal risk management
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
