  • Organizational Skills: Ability to assess and optimize the layout and structure of a retail department, adapting as necessary.
  • Effective Communication: Strong communication abilities with experience in explaining parts and accessory options, building customer relationships, and collaborating with colleagues.
  • Analytical Thinking: Capability to navigate complex situations and achieve positive outcomes.
  • Educational Background: A bachelor's degree or relevant experience is advantageous.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to be meticulous, organized, and precise in all tasks.
  • Process Orientation: Demonstrated experience in adhering to and adapting processes while ensuring team accountability for results.

  • Policy Compliance: Limit write-offs from cycle counts and year-end inventory to less than 2%.
  • Operational Efficiency: Show year-over-year improvement in the time products are in service.
  • Accurate Bin Management: Ensure 100% accuracy in bin locations.
  • Profitability Metrics: Increase gross profit generated per labor dollar invested.
