Key Responsibilities:
- Inventory Management: Identify and introduce new parts for inventory while phasing out non-performing items and ensuring optimal inventory turnover.

Essential Skills and Competencies:
- Parts Management Expertise: Proven experience in managing a high-volume retail environment in the RV, automotive, marine, or power sports sectors is highly desirable.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to assess and optimize the layout and structure of a retail department, adapting as necessary.
- Effective Communication: Strong communication abilities with experience in explaining parts and accessory options, building customer relationships, and collaborating with colleagues.
- Analytical Thinking: Capability to navigate complex situations and achieve positive outcomes.
- Educational Background: A bachelor's degree or relevant experience is advantageous.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to be meticulous, organized, and precise in all tasks.
- Process Orientation: Demonstrated experience in adhering to and adapting processes while ensuring team accountability for results.
Expected Outcomes:
- Customer Satisfaction: Achieve a customer satisfaction rating exceeding 90% and an NPS score above 70% through a customer-centric approach.
- Inventory Efficiency: Maintain a minimum of 4 inventory turns annually.
- Policy Compliance: Limit write-offs from cycle counts and year-end inventory to less than 2%.
- Operational Efficiency: Show year-over-year improvement in the time products are in service.
- Accurate Bin Management: Ensure 100% accuracy in bin locations.
- Profitability Metrics: Increase gross profit generated per labor dollar invested.
