Main Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled Peoplesoft PO ePro Mobile Inventory Functional Lead to take on a critical role in our Supply Chain team.

The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of Peoplesoft 9.2 and experience in the Supply Chain modules, with a proven track record of successfully leading upgrades and implementing best practices.

  • Provide business process and Peoplesoft expertise for Supply Chain modules of a PS 9.2 upgrade.
  • Assist in preparation of functional design specifications and documents.
  • Prepare testing scripts and facilitate planning for testing and coordination with others.
  • Report documentation and writing.
  • Evaluate integrations and document changes as needed.
  • Perform application configuration as needed.
  • Review and ensure final changes are tested prior to implementation.
  • Work with change resources on organizational change impacts.
  • Develop process documentation and assist in knowledge transfer.
Key Qualifications
  • Functional PS 9.2 experience in Supply Chain modules.
  • Previous PS 9.2 upgrade experience at healthcare organizations.
  • Strong knowledge of and adherence to functional and development standards.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
  • Solid leadership qualities and ability to take ownership of assigned tasks.
  • Ability to work independently and drive deliverables to completion.
