Classroom Educator

We are seeking an experienced Classroom Educator to join our team at Barrett School LLC. As a key member of our educational staff, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing learning environment for our students.

Responsibilities:

• Assist students individually and in small groups to foster academic growth and social development.
• Supervise students in the classroom and other areas of the school to ensure a safe and productive learning environment.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records, including progress reports and attendance records.
• Communicate effectively with parents and school personnel to address student needs and concerns.

To be successful in this role, you must have:

• A high school diploma or equivalent required; previous experience as a teaching assistant preferred.
• An understanding of child development principles and best practices in education and classroom management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to connect with students, parents, and colleagues.
