Overview

In today's environment, property managers and owners increasingly recognize the vital role that custodial staff play in maintaining the health and safety of their facilities. Planned Companies Building Services (PBS) is seeking dedicated and meticulous custodians to deliver cleaning services for shared spaces and restrooms.

Your role will be crucial in ensuring that all visitors and residents enjoy a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. It is essential to approach your duties with professionalism and attention to detail, always looking for ways to enhance the quality of service provided.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Performing vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping across various flooring types.
  • Dusting and polishing various surfaces throughout the premises, including countertops, furniture, and lighting fixtures.
  • Thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing restroom facilities and kitchen areas.
  • Managing waste disposal and maintaining cleanliness of windows.
  • Coordinating supply orders, reporting maintenance issues, and identifying necessary repairs.
Qualifications:
  • Ability to remain on your feet for extended periods.
  • Prior experience in similar cleaning roles with knowledge of cleaning products and equipment.
  • Capability to work collaboratively as part of a team or independently when required.
  • Strong written reporting and effective verbal communication skills.
  • A High School diploma or equivalent is preferred.
