Mixology Specialist

At Melting Pot, we're seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, preparing and serving drinks, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.

• Greeting and Service: Greet guests warmly and present beverage and food menus in a friendly and attentive manner.
• Drink Preparation: Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks in accordance with recipes, using a variety of techniques and ingredients.
• Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain inventory levels, restock supplies as needed, and ensure that the bar area is clean and organized.
• Customer Service: Respond promptly to guest requests, provide recommendations, and ensure that guests have a positive experience.
• Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless service and maintain a positive work environment.

• Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced bar or restaurant environment.
• Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to multitask, and a strong attention to detail.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; mixology certification an asset.

• Shifts: PM shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform repetitive tasks.
