Pantry Cook

The Pantry Cook will play a vital role in the day-to-day operations of our hotel's kitchen, focusing on preparing pantry products for various food outlets. This position requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Prepare and package pantry products in accordance with production plans and forecasts.
• Ensure accurate inventory management and requisition supplies as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to high standards of sanitation and safety.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to meet production demands and achieve quality standards.
• Perform other duties as required to support the kitchen's operations.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical stamina to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
