SharePoint Developer Opportunity

Ballard Spahr LLP, a leading national law firm, is seeking a skilled SharePoint Developer to join our Custom Software Engineering Team. As a SharePoint Developer, you will play a critical role in revolutionizing the practice of law and client service through cutting-edge technology.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, enhance, and support SharePoint-based technology solutions.
  • Create and improve custom SharePoint web parts and templates.
  • Manage SharePoint Online environment and serve as the firm's main SharePoint specialist.

The ideal candidate will be self-motivated with a passion for continuous learning and problem-solving, have exceptional attention to detail, and a high degree of initiative. Solid communication skills and the ability to work independently with minimum supervision on moderately complex tasks are essential.

Requirements:
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in SharePoint development, including SharePoint Framework (SPFx), PnP libraries.
  • Tools & Platforms: Knowledge of Azure services, Office365, Microsoft Power Platform, and open-source tools like Gulp, Node, NPM.
  • Web Technologies: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, ReactJS, TypeScript, JavaScript, SDLC concepts, TDD, and DevOps.
  • Responsive Design: Experience with responsive design techniques and libraries.
  • Debugging: Strong skills in debugging and troubleshooting applications.
  • Documentation: Technical writing and documentation proficiency in web-based application development, administration, and maintenance.
