Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Software Developer with a strong proficiency in Microsoft development tools, including Azure-based tools, Power Platform, and SharePoint Online. The ideal candidate will have a passion for developing innovative software solutions and possess expertise in developing GenAI (Generative Artificial Intelligence) applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop software solutions using Microsoft development tools, with a particular focus on Azure-based tools (Power Automate, Power Desktop, Forms) and SharePoint Online.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define software specifications, and provide technical guidance throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Build and maintain efficient, reliable, and scalable software code in accordance with industry best practices and coding standards.
  • Utilize Azure services and frameworks to develop cloud-based applications, ensuring high availability, security, and performance.
  • Develop and integrate GenAI applications, leveraging artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies to enhance software functionality and user experience.
  • Perform comprehensive testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of software applications to ensure quality and minimize defects.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Microsoft technologies, tools, and frameworks, and identify opportunities for their implementation to improve software development processes and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with other developers, architects, and stakeholders to deliver software projects on time and within budget.
  • Document software designs, procedures, and guidelines to ensure maintainability and facilitate knowledge transfer.
  • Provide technical support and assistance to end-users, addressing software-related issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Relevant certifications will be a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Software Developer with expertise in Microsoft development tools, including Azure-based tools and SharePoint Online.
  • Knowledge of programming languages such as C#,.NET, and JavaScript, and proficiency in software development frameworks and libraries.
  • Experience in developing and deploying applications on Azure cloud platforms, including working with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Azure Storage.
  • Familiarity with SharePoint Online development, including creating custom web parts, workflows, and SharePoint add-ins.
  • Understanding of GenAI applications and experience with Microsoft AI/ML frameworks.
  • Proficiency in database design and development, with knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex software requirements and propose innovative solutions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Proactive attitude towards learning new technologies and keeping up-to-date with industry trends.
