  • Analyze and evaluate risk management practices across the organization, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement controls to mitigate risks and ensure business continuity.
  • Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations to senior management on risk mitigation strategies.
  • Develop and maintain risk management policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on risk management best practices and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as finance, accounting, or business administration.
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in risk management, compliance, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of financial institution regulatory requirements and risk management best practices.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
  • MBA, JD, or other advanced degree in a related field.
  • CRISC, CISSP, or CISM certification.
  • Experience in project management and risk assessment.
