**Leadership and Team Management:**

Serve as a role model by overseeing daily fitness operations, fostering a positive work environment, and leading a team of fitness professionals to reach their full potential. This includes hiring, training, and managing staff, as well as ensuring smooth departmental operations and adherence to company policies.

**Customer Service:** Create a customer-centric atmosphere that fosters member relationships, provides exceptional experiences, and drives member retention and satisfaction.

**Financial Performance:** Drive financial performance through revenue generation, expense control, and member retention strategies.

**Facility Operations:** Maintain a clean, safe, and visually appealing workout environment by overseeing equipment maintenance and repairs.

**Work Schedule:** This is a full-time management role with a flexible schedule that includes prime time hours, early mornings, late nights, weekends, and special events.
