We are seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Coordinator to join our team at St. David's South Austin Medical Center, a leading healthcare provider in the region.

About the Role:
This is a dynamic opportunity for a skilled nurse to take on leadership responsibilities, coordinate patient care, and drive quality outcomes. As a Clinical Nurse Coordinator, you will serve as the primary decision-maker for clinical and managerial operations during your shift, collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the team to assess and customize patient care services
• Continuously evaluate and enhance patient safety and quality outcomes using evidenced-based practices
• Assume leadership roles within the unit, including direct supervision of staff, education, and coaching
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures
• Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams

Requirements:
• 1+ year of experience in healthcare, preferably in a similar role or setting
• Current licensure as a registered professional nurse in Texas (or compact state)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred
• Associate Degree in Nursing; Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred
