Responsibilities:

The Retail Lead is responsible for building and guiding a vibrant team of up to 25 part-time Product Demonstrators and Juicers at a designated retail location. Key duties include recruiting, hiring, training, scheduling, auditing, and coaching team members on effective customer engagement strategies, with a strong focus on food safety and enhancing the overall customer experience. The Lead will manage demonstration operations on-site and collaborate with store management to ensure compliance and successful execution of daily tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a leadership role within a high-execution environment
  • Knowledge of food safety protocols; experience in the food service industry is advantageous
  • Comfortable in customer-facing roles with a friendly and approachable demeanor
  • Physical requirements include lifting, standing, and a range of motion
